"KACHNA Al Capone" is a conceptual bar in its style, which is located in the heart of PRAGUE on the street BLANIKA 26. Here everything is thought out in such a way that the guests are provided with safe and safe gangsters. Both the bar and the kitchen combine American classics with Italian colors to match the name: whiskey and vermouth, pizza and burgers. The menu in "KACHNA Al Capone" is copyrighted and, like a real gangster, contains a lot of secrets, some of them can be shared with guests. For example, an unusual garlic croissant is prepared from a special cheese dough to unravel the mystery of the same "live" pizza with seafood - you should try it. In addition, there is a pizza "Lego", which can be "assembled" to your taste from the liked ingredients, topings, cheeses and sauces for a classic Italian or Slovenian mozzarella test.
Original author's cocktail card deserves special attention. For example, the branded cocktail "Manhattan" is reproduced according to the original recipe of that era: rye whiskey, red vermouth and angostura. By the way, he also has a "companion" - the original cocktail Mei Capone (rum, ruby porto, yolk, lemon, honey, bitter), named after the wife of the cult character.
The name of each position is not chosen by chance: in the map you can find the "Syndicate", "Cartel" and even "From the KGB with Love". Of course, the bar features classic cocktails, a large selection of strong drinks and liquors, as well as a special position "Puzzling the bartender." For connoisseurs of beer - several varieties of draft, including a rare almond ale.
With a secret
The space of the institution is harmoniously divided into several zones: directly the bar, lounge-halls with tables and sofas and a special "secret" bar.
The brutal interior of the establishment completely reflects the concept: brickwork, stylized lamps, wooden boxes and barrels from under whiskey, chairs with upholstery from natural coarse leather. The atmosphere is created by stylish interior accents: an antique piano, a jukebox, a saxophone converted into a functioning beer faucet, the walls are real Thompson machine guns (known as Tommy-gan), even the door handles are converted from combat pistols of that era. Separately it is necessary to say about the large wall clock in the bar - made to order, they go in the opposite direction, which perfectly emphasizes the concept of the bar.
On weekends and Thursdays there is a variety of live music: it can be jazz, popular cover-bands or vigorous rock and roll, on Fridays and Saturdays a DJ stands up for the remote.
